All About Paizano’s

Paizano’s Pizza is locally-owned and operated by Stephen (aka Whitey) & Kina White, and is located in Baker City, Oregon. Whitey has over 14 years of experience in the food-service industry, including over 8-years working in pizzerias. Kina has over 12 years of experience in advertising and marketing, with a few years of job experience from having worked at various restaurants in Bend, Oregon and New Orleans, Louisiana.

We’re proud to use a homemade crust, using a top-grade high-gluten flour. We also use a 200-year-old yeast brought over from Italy which gives our crust a very unique flavor and texture. Our sauce has aged Italian spices and fresh herbs. Our cheese is a blend of whole-milk mozzarella & provolone.

Each pizza is hand-tossed and made to order. Only the finest quality ingredients are used to create a pizza that is unlike any that you’ve ever had.

Paizano’s is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and is also a proud supporter of local schools.
