New Pizza Paddle

It arrived yesterday — our custom pizza paddle. It was packaged as if it were a newborn baby. I could have slammed the box on the ground and the paddle would have been safe.

It’s the Cadillac of pizza peels:

Making our slice-pies on a 24″ paddle was difficult. With this new 28″ paddle, it’s a piece of cake errrr, pie!

Look at the size difference of our current paddles and the new paddle:

The guy who made this paddle, Dave, has been awesome. He’s been in constant communication with us, and did an excellent job shaping and sanding the wood to create exactly what we needed.
