Thanks, Mike n’ Dottie
July 11, 2008Tourists visited our place tonight. We rarely get tourists; we’re “outside” of town, even though we’re only one-mile from Main Street.
Anyhoo, Mike and his wife, Dottie, came in and shared an Italian Chop-Chop salad and a meatball sub. They were pretty happy with their meal choices, and after dinner, we talked a bit. Dottie wanted to know where we got the murals for our bathrooms (www.Wallies.com) and Mike wanted to talk about our beer selection. Over 28 bottled brews, and they’re constantly changing. He was impressed, and drank a Bridgeport IPA and a Terminal Gravity IPA.
I had to ask, “How did you find us?” –
a couple of ladies walking on the side of the road pointed them towards our place when they asked where they should go for dinner.
so THANK YOU to whomever you two are….
We had a great night, and Mike n’ Dottie were only two of the many stellar people we entertained this evening.
